Payment Methods

1. Guests are required to settle all charges for rooms and related services in cash or via bank transfer for the full amount of each booking, after deducting any deposit (if applicable), and before check-out. For payments made via bank transfer, guests are responsible for any bank transaction fees.

2. In certain cases, the hotel may require guests to make a deposit within a specified period. Details of the required deposit will be clearly stated on the booking confirmation. If the hotel does not receive the deposit by the stated deadline, room reservations will not be guaranteed. In cases of cancellation or changes to the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
