General Regulations
1. Rooms are to be used for residential purposes only and must not be used, whether wholly or partly, for any form of business, gambling, or illegal activities.
2. Guests are required to register their stay in accordance with Vietnamese Government regulations. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to enter guest rooms.
3. Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are kindly requested to present valid identification (passport, ID card, citizen ID, or driver’s license, etc.) at the Reception upon check-in. Early check-in or late check-out exceeding 6 hours will incur a full day’s room charge.
4. The Hotel Management and Security Department reserve the right to remove any unauthorized intruders or guests causing disturbance, annoyance, or posing a threat to the safety of other guests by any means necessary.
5. Guests are requested not to cause inconvenience, damage, or disturbance to the comfort, safety, and rights of other guests.
6. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00 the following morning.
7. The following items are strictly prohibited within the hotel: weapons, illegal drugs, banned substances, animals, and hazardous or explosive materials (including gas cylinders, portable stoves, etc.). Cooking in guest rooms is not permitted.
8. Please do not dispose of rags, garbage, or any other materials that could cause blockage or obstruction in sinks, bathtubs, toilets, or any hotel drainage systems.
9. All waste must be properly placed in trash bags provided in bins. Do not litter or throw objects from balconies or windows.
10. Used cigarettes must be fully extinguished and disposed of in ashtrays.
11. Guests must not cause damage to public areas or any hotel property. Any loss or damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest.
12. Please turn off lights and electrical equipment when not in use, and close all windows and doors before leaving your room.
13. Guests are advised to keep all valuables, money, and personal belongings in the in-room safe or deposit them at the Reception. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to items not deposited with the Reception.
14. Room keys must be returned to the Reception before departure. Lost or damaged keys will be subject to a replacement fee. The Hotel Management reserves the right to amend, cancel, or introduce new regulations as deemed necessary, without prior notice.
